This somewhat forgotten hill is clearly visible, looking up Gleann na Muice from Glen Coe. This is the unfashionable corner, but contains some fine hills, where the Dalriadan slates butt up against the rugged igneous rocks of Glen Coe. A good baking has led to some hard rocks and rough scenery here. The usual route up is along the ridge of Creag Bhan from Glen Leac na Muice, there is accomodation in this glen. Southern approaches are blocked by some serious forestry. As is usual with small hills with famous neighbours, there are some good views. |
