Deep in the forest, the summit.

Castle Stalker from the lower slopes.

Beinn Sgluich from a clearing on Airds Hill

The lowest mainland marilyn in Scotland with a reputation for being troublesome. Forestry and rough moorland have given folk a hard time here. I went up from a forest road to the north, this is about the only parking place near the hill.

At present the forest is trackless but passable and the only real problem is finding the summit. Remember the trig is not the highest point.

Wear some tatty clothes, pack a compass and have fun!
