| The trig, there is slightly higher ground near by. |

Rough moorland, surrounded by sitka. Easy access by the old toll road over Bloody Bush. Very close to the Border and in prime reiving country. The hill is farmed from the old Elliot stronghold. The OS mark a path over to the summit, it does not exist. Easier going can be found heading towards the scattered cairns and stone men between the mast and summit. |
