The northern edge of the Cheviots has a collection of striking conical hills. This one makes it onto the list. Hownam Law is a striking peak with a hill fort. I went in from the west, past a muckspreader being loaded and some typically dippy cattle. The low point of the ascent was negotiating the electric fences. The gates were all flanked by detachable springs and b hooking the fence incorrectly I managed to make a gate live!
