 Corse Hill from Lickprivet

Corse Hill from Lickprivet Mound. (A tumulus in East Kilbride)

Corse Hill, Summit.  Corse Hill, the summit and radar.
Corse Hill track. TAKE YOUR LITTER HOME!
The companions of the littering cyclist on the access track.

An easy but mind numbing forest road trip. Best done on a bike, but if you do, and get a puncture, please take your old tube home, unlike the tube I met on this hill. Great ammunition for gits that like to put up no cycling signs.

The summit is marked by a small version of the thing on top of Lowther Hill or Clee Hill. A geodesic dome on stilts, like the standard bacteriophage you saw doing viruses at school. Probably a radar instalation for Abbotsinch. I am thankful that I live in a free country and can visit some such summits without fear of arrest or worse. The trig is just outside the fence at the end of the road.

There is a small windfarm just along the ridge, just the sort of place they should be sited.

Parking at Carrot is awkward, 2 cars space at the windfarm junction. The house is avoided by a signed diversion through a field.
