Well seen from the stones at Calanais, Conostom is the highest
point of a notched ridge of bare gneiss between two branches
of Loch Rog. Whilst not far from a road, some rough bog needs
to be crossed before the final scramble up to the trig point.
As is usual in these parts, the view is rather fine. |
