Craiglich
is Pressendye's wee brother. Again its a heathery moor rising
from forested slopes, has a ruined big cairn and popular with
the flying crowd. I could see a few brightly coloured parachutes
from Pressendye. By the time I got to Craiglich the sun was setting
and all was quiet. No one about save the gamey driving home along
the forest road.
The path shown
running up the hill northwest of the summit is disappearing.
A good active path runs along the summit ridge meeting the forest
road at 527054. Like Pressendye the views towards the Month and
Aberdeenshire are very good, only even less effort is required. |
