Amazingly maligned hill, the highest in GlenAlmond. Thats blinkered Munro baggers for you.. The quick way up from Glen Lednock is dire. Try a bigger but still easy day from Loch Turret (You CAN drive up to the dam.) returning over Carn Chois.

A beautiful day allowing the best use of the views that you get from being on the Highland Line. As often in Perthshire Ben Lawers takes a big chunk of the view, but you get a good look over lowland scenery as well.

Plenty of folk at the top, which reminded me of Lugnaquilla, but quieter along to Charn Chois. As always on Ben Chonzie (aka Ben y Hone) there were plenty of hares running about.
