Carn na Breabaig from the lower slopes of Aonach Buidhe. Creag a'Coire Aird/Mullach Na Dheiregain in the background. |
Carn na Breabaig is remote, but easy of access if a bike is used up Glen Elchaig, or a boat from the Mullardoch dam. Uninspiring from afar, the summit ridge is actualy rocky and provides the best views possible of the three Munro giant Sgurr nan Ceathreamnan. The view of upper Glen Cannich is not bad either, but would be much improved if you were to go back 50 years.
The quickest way up is from Iron Lodge(look for the old path). It is also a good hill to fit in on a long walk, such as a round of Glen Cannich.
